Synopsis: |
Picard believes that the Romulans are supplying the House of Duras to enable them to win the war, and Picard persuades Starfleet Command to put a stop to this. Picard leads a fleet of 23 starships to the Klingon-Romulan border and sets up a tachyon detection grid which will detect any Romulan ship, even if it is cloaked, passing through the net. However, the Romulans discover a way round this, and Data's defiance of Picard's orders while in command of the U.S.S. Sutherland saves the day. A startling discovery is made about the leader of the Romulan Convoy, Commander Sela. |
