Synopsis: |
After the unsuccessful attempt to destroy the Borg Cube, the Enterprise is left helpless as the Borg resume their course for Sector 001. Meanwhile, a Federation fleet of 40 starships masses at Wolf 359. Having completed sufficient repairs, the Enterprise heads for Wolf 359, only to find the entire fleet has been destroyed. Riker, now promoted to Captain, is persuaded by Guinan to throw away everything he was taught by Picard, and he devises a plan to rescue Picard and use his link to the Borg Collective to their advantage. |
